The Mounds View City Council was called to order 1. Call to <br />by Mayor Linke at 7;00 PM on Monday, March 9, 1987. Order <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was said. <br />PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />MEMBERS PRESENT Councilmembers Blanchard, Wuori, <br />Hankner, Quick and Mayoi Linke. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Attorney Mark Karney and Clerk/ <br />Administrator Pauley. <br />Motion /Second: Blanchard /Wuori to approve the <br />February 23, 1987 minutes as presented. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Sergeant Johnson of tt:e Police Department introduced <br />the three new reserve officers, Linda Jacobson, <br />Joel Chilstrom an:: Jeffry Tholkes. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley administered the oaths <br />of office to the new reserve officers, and the <br />Council congratulated them and welcomed them. <br />There were no residents requests or comments from <br />the floor. <br />Motion /Second: Hankner /Quick to approve the consent <br />agenda, as presented, and waive the reading of the <br />resolutions. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley read the list of items on <br />the consent agenda. <br />Regular Meeting <br />March 9, 1987 <br />Mounds View City Hall <br />2401 Hwy. 10, Mounds View, MN 55112 <br />2.
