He added he understands Mr. Povlitzki <br />would like to apply for a liquor license in the City, <br />and he has been informed that in order to apply, a <br />public hearing is required, and he has advised all the <br />attorneys involved that the Council is interested in <br />getting back to a restaurant operation, as it wa7 <br />originally with the Anchor Inn, when the liquor license <br />was first issued. <br />Mayor Linke reported Mr. Povlitzki has asked to meet <br />with the Council at their next agenda session, on <br />August 17. <br />Motion /Second: Hankner /Quick to set a public hearing <br />for August 24, 1987, at 7:25 PM at City Hall, and <br />publish the required notices. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Attorney Meyers reported the Council had had the first <br />reading of Ordinance No. 420, and then tabled any <br />further action at his request.
