The Mounds View City Council was called 1. Call to order <br />to order by Mayor Linke at 7:01 p.m. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Linke, Quick, 2. Roll Call <br />Hankner, Wuori. Blanchard was absent. <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Clerk- Administrator Pauley. <br />PROCEEDINF^ J,!' THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIFW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Clerk- Administrator Pauley reviewed the <br />current status of the Metropolitan <br />Council's concerns with respect to the data <br />contained in the final Environmental Impact <br />Statement for Mounds View Business Park <br />which included a letter received on <br />September 8 from a Staff member of the <br />Metropolitan Council indicating that the <br />data provided by the Developer adequately <br />addressed their concerns and requests <br />that the City maintain a vigilant status <br />with respect to any future development and <br />its impact upon possible degradation of the <br />Long Lake system. <br />The Council was presented with Resolution <br />No. 2232 regarding adequacy of the Final <br />Environmental Impact Statement, Mounds <br />View Business Park and recommended its <br />approval. <br />MOTION /SECOND: <br />Hankner /Quick to approve Resolution No. <br />2232. <br />DATE APPROVED: 9/14/87 <br />Special Meeting <br />September 8, 1987 <br />Mounds View City Hall <br />2401 Highway 10, Mounds View, MN 55112 <br />Staff reviewed its memorandum to the <br />City Council regarding appointments of <br />temporary public works foremen and pay- <br />ment of additional wages during the time <br />a full -time public works foreman is not <br />in the City's employ. <br />3.
