Mourids View City Council Regular Meeting Police Chief Ramacher reviewed the items listed on the proposed consent agenda. Motion /Second: Quick /Hankner to approve the consent agenda, as presented, and waive the reading of the resolutions. 4 ayes 0 nays City Planner Herman stated the Planning Commission 12. Sabri Ayaz, 7751 Bona Road, questioned if the property was within the wetland. City Planner Herman clarified that it is not, but a portion is within the 100' buffer for the wetland. Councilmember Hankner clarified that Mr. Budzinski has not requested a variance for the wetland, and the boundaries are not in question tonight, and they were resolved some time ago. Mayor Linke pointed out that only a portion of the building would be within the wetland buffer area.
