Mourids View City Council <br />Regular Meeting <br />Police Chief Ramacher reviewed the items listed on <br />the proposed consent agenda. <br />Motion /Second: Quick /Hankner to approve the consent <br />agenda, as presented, and waive the reading of the <br />resolutions. <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />City Planner Herman stated the Planning Commission 12. Consideration <br />has reviewed the proposed development and recommends of Development <br />approval of the request. She noted that while the Proposal, <br />proposal falls within the 100' buffer zone for the Resolution No.' <br />wetland, the proposal itself is not in the wetland. 2255 and <br />She also noted the wetland map had been amended by Development <br />the Council in August, for this property. Agreement Na. <br />87 -83, TJB <br />Mr. Budzinski reviewed his proposal for an office Companies, Inc. <br />building to be constructed at 2704 Highway 10 and <br />presented sketches of the proposed structure. He <br />noted that it is an office building with the <br />appearance of a home, and he feels it will be a <br />very attractive building and could be a landmark <br />for the City. He noted the garage in back will be <br />used for storing the company vehicles and equipment, <br />with the largest piece of equipment being their <br />bobcat. <br />Sabri Ayaz, 7751 Bona Road, questioned if the <br />property was within the wetland. <br />City Planner Herman clarified that it is not, but <br />a portion is within the 100' buffer for the wetland. <br />Councilmember Hankner clarified that Mr. Budzinski <br />has not requested a variance for the wetland, and the <br />boundaries are not in question tonight, and they were <br />resolved some time ago. <br />Mayor Linke pointed out that only a portion of the <br />building would be within the wetland buffer area. <br />Motion /Second: Quick /Hankner to approve Resolution <br />No. 2255, approving and authorizing execution of <br />Development Agreement No. 87 -83, with TJB Companies, <br />Inc., and waive the reading. <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />October 26, 1987 <br />Page Four <br />11.
