DeGross stated the reason he has requested the <br />Jversize accessory building is to have a place to Put <br />everything inside that is sitting out now. <br />Motion /Second: Quick /Blanchard to approve Resolution <br />No. 2260, approving a conditional use permit to <br />construct an accessory building for Ambrose DeGross, <br />at 8120 Edgewood Drive, and waive the reading of <br />the resolution. <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley noted the conditional use <br />permit must be recorded on the title of the property, <br />and Mr. DeGross has six months to undertake construction. <br />He added a building permit will be required, and City <br />Planner Herman will contact Mr. DeGross to advise him <br />of the steps to be followed. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley stated Staff is recommend- 10. He explained the Department of <br />Transportation had hired the Buettel Institute to <br />examine the pipe for a lack of corrosion protection, <br />and their report is now in, and he reviewed sections <br />of it, which indicate they found the pipe to be <br />defective in corrosion protection. He added that <br />the lack of corrosion protection may be an on going <br />problem, and it has occurred over the past five to <br />six years. <br />Attorney Meyers stated the City was diligent in <br />getting the pipe and keeping it and getting it <br />tested, and he added they must continue this <br />iligence and protect the health, safety and welfare <br />f the people of Mounds View. <br />Nov <br />Page Three <br />Motion <br />Motion Carried <br />11.
