PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />The Mounds View City Council was called to order by <br />Mayor Linke at 7:00 PM on Monday, December 28, 1987. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was said. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Blanchard, Wuori, <br />Quick, Hankner and Mayor Linke. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Clerk /Administrator Pauley, City <br />Planner Herman. <br />Motion /Second: Blanchard /Wuori to approve the <br />December 14, 1987 minutes as presented. <br />5 ayes <br />0 nays <br />There were no residents requests or comments from <br />the floor. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley read the items on the <br />proposed consent agenda. <br />Councilmember Hankner asked that Items C and D be <br />removed for discussion. <br />Motion /Second: Quick /Hankner to approve the consent <br />agenda, minus Items C and D, and waive the reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Councilmember Hankner explained she had requested <br />Item C be removed, because she would like it to <br />receive attention.
