The Pledge of Allegiance was said. <br />PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />The Mounds View City Council was called to order by <br />Mayor Linke at 7:03 PM on Monday, January 25, 1988. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Hankner, Wuori, <br />Quick, Blanchard and Mayor Linke. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney IIe}ers and Clerk/ <br />Administrator Pauley. <br />Motion /Second: Hankner /Quick to approve the January <br />11, 1988 minutes as corrected. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Barb Watkins, 2609 Louisa, asked if the Cour': 11 knew <br />when the Harstad Company would be submitting :heir <br />new proposal for Greenfield Estates. <br />Mayor Linke replied he did not have a date, but confirmed <br />that Harstad Company has stated they will be submitting a <br />new plan. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley stated they had indicated <br />to him it would be sometime after the first of February. <br />Councilmember Hankner suggested anyone interested in <br />the matter keep checking with City Hall, and she <br />stated the matter would be going before the Planning <br />Commission before it goes to the Council. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley read the items on the <br />proposed consent agenda. <br />Councilmember Quick asked for a clarification on <br />Item C, for the public's information. <br />Date Approved: February 8, 1988 <br />Regular Meeting <br />January 25, 1988 <br />Mounds View City Hall <br />2401 Hwy. 10, Mounds View, MN 55112 <br />1.
