He reported it would be a joint <br />meeting with the Planning Commission and would be <br />video taped. <br />Motion /Second: Hankner /Wuori to schedule a special <br />meeting with the Planning Commission for the wetland <br />training session for 9 AM, Saturday, February 27, 1988 <br />in the Council Chambers, and to request Staff to make <br />the preparations for a video tape of the session. <br />*ayes 0 nays <br />erk /Administrator Pauley reviewed the February 8 memo <br />from Finance Director Brager regarding the interviewing <br />and filling of the accounting clerk's position. He <br />stated Staff would strongly recommend the hiring of <br />Mrs. Hickok due to her successful interview and the <br />experience she would bring with her as a customer <br />support representative with Computoservice, Inc. <br />Motion /Second: Hankner /Wuori to approve the hiring of <br />Kathleen Hickok, at a date to be negotiated by the <br />Finance Director, at a starting salary of $9 per hour, <br />with increases of $0.25 per hour after receiving a <br />rating of satisfactory on performance reviews after <br />completion of three and six months of service. <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley reported Ramsey County <br />will be doing an overlay on Silver Lake Road this <br />summer, and there is a problem with the sanitary <br />sewer and sinking of the road, between Woodcrest <br />and Woodale. He added they need to repair the pipe <br />but first need to know what the soil is like, and <br />would have to do a soil boring and compaction testing. <br />II/Lion/Second: Quick /Hankner to authorize Short, <br />Elliott, Hendrickson to do the preliminary feasibility <br />study and report for the repair of the sanitary sewer <br />line on Silver Lake Road, with the cost of the report <br />Motion Carried <br />Motion Carried <br />Motion Carried <br />
