Mounds View City Council March 28, 1988 <br />Regular Meeting Page Six <br />Councilmember Hankner asked if the Harstad Company <br />could be required to pay some of the expenses associated <br />with their proposed development. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley replied not at this time, <br />but on the second go- around they will, as Staff is <br />redoing the application form, and it will be covered <br />then. <br />Conncilmember Hankner stated she would like to get <br />together with the Council and interested residents <br />regarding an environmental quality review board. <br />City Planner Herman reviewed the request of George <br />7ustafson, 8391 Spring Lake Road, for a minor <br />subdivision, and she reviewed proposed Resolution <br />No. 2304 which would approve the request, with the <br />contingency that the residence at 8403 Spring Lake <br />Road be brought up to Code either through demolition <br />or by moving it within 12 months of the subdivision <br />approval by the Council. <br />Motion /Second: Blanchard /Hankner to approve Reso- <br />lution No. 2304, approving a minor subdivision at <br />8391 Spring Lake Road, and waive the reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />City Planner Herman reviewed the request of George <br />Grone, 8430 Knollwood Drive, for a minor subdivision, <br />and she reviewed proposed Resolution No. 2305. <br />Motion /Second: Quick /Hankner to approve Resolution <br />No. 2305, ap ?roving a minor subdivision for George <br />Grone, 8430 Knollwood Dr_.ve, and waive the reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />City Planner Herman reviewed the proposal from <br />Super Cycle, Inc, for a monthly recycling pick -up. <br />Motion /Second: Quick /Blanchard to approve Resolution <br />No. 2307, accepting the bid by Super Cycle, Inc. for <br />monthly curbside recycle service. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />City Planner Herman explained the monthly cost would <br />Amm be $1,692, and the program would he contingent upon <br />re ^eipt of grant funds from Ramsey County. <br />13. Consideration <br />of Resolution <br />No. 2304, for <br />a Minor Sub- <br />division at <br />8391 Spring <br />Lake Road <br />Motion Carried <br />14.
