Councilmember Quick stated they should look at the whole City, and ask the Police Department for their input on other areas to look at. Clerk /Administrator Pauley reported that, pursuant to Council direction, he has set up a joint meeting with the Council and School Board, for June 30, at 7:30 PM at City Hal'.. Motion /Second; Linke /Hankner to set a special meeting for June 30, 1988 at 7:30, to meet with the School Board. 5 ayes 0 nays Councilmember Hankner stated she would be contacting the mayors of the other cities to invite them to join the meeting. Clerk /Administrator Pauley reviewed the need for renum- bering the residence at 7911 Spring Lake Road, due to a change in zip codes, and asked Council authorization of Ordinance No. 435. He added the home owner has signed a waiver of public hearing. Motion /Second: Hankner /Blanchard to approve the first reading of Ordinance No. 435, and waive the reading. 5 ayes 0 nays Clerk /Administrator Pauley reported the Legislators have been scheduled for the beginning of the June 27 Council meeting. Clerk /Administrator Pauley reported that if the work is okay, he would prepare a resolution for consideration at the June 27 meeting for the sanitary sewer main north of Woodcrest Park. Mayor Linke reported the Ramsey County League of Local Governments would be meeting on Wednesday, June 15, to discuss the new tax laws. City Planner Herman reported the Planning Commission will be holding a public meeting at 7:30 PM on June 15 to discuss the latest Harstad proposal. She added that fliers have been sent out. Mr. Frits asked if the City would take care of the change in address resulting from the new zip code designations for the utility billings. 27.
