Mounds View City Council June 13, 1988 <br />Regular Meeting Page Nine <br />`NClerk /Administrator Pauley explained Staff is aware of <br />the problem on Hillview and is working on it. <br />Councilmember Quick stated they should look at the whole <br />City, and ask the Police Department for their input on <br />other areas to look at. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley reported that, pursuant to <br />Council direction, he has set up a joint meeting with <br />the Council and School Board, for June 30, at 7:30 PM <br />at City Hal'.. <br />Motion /Second; Linke /Hankner to set a special meeting <br />for June 30, 1988 at 7:30, to meet with the School <br />Board. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Councilmember Hankner stated she would be contacting the <br />mayors of the other cities to invite them to join the <br />meeting. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley reviewed the need for renum- <br />bering the residence at 7911 Spring Lake Road, due to <br />a change in zip codes, and asked Council authorization <br />of Ordinance No. 435. He added the home owner has signed <br />a waiver of public hearing. <br />Motion /Second: Hankner /Blanchard to approve the first <br />reading of Ordinance No. 435, and waive the reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley reported the Legislators <br />have been scheduled for the beginning of the June 27 <br />Council meeting. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley reported that if the work <br />is okay, he would prepare a resolution for consideration <br />at the June 27 meeting for the sanitary sewer main north <br />of Woodcrest Park. <br />Mayor Linke reported the Ramsey County League of Local <br />Governments would be meeting on Wednesday, June 15, to <br />discuss the new tax laws. <br />City Planner Herman reported the Planning Commission <br />will be holding a public meeting at 7:30 PM on June 15 <br />to discuss the latest Harstad proposal. She added that <br />fliers have been sent out. <br />Mr. Frits asked if the City would take care of the change <br />in address resulting from the new zip code designations <br />for the utility billings. <br />27.
