The Mounds View City Council was called to order by 1. Call to Order <br />Mayor Linke at 7 :00 PM on Monday, September 26, 1988. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was said. <br />PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY 20UNTY, MINNESOTA <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Hankner, Wuori, <br />Quick, Blanchard and Mayor Linke. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Karney, Clerk /Admini- <br />strator Pauley and City Planner Herman. <br />Motion /Second: Quick /Hankner to approve the <br />September 12, 1988 minutes as presented. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />There were no residents requests or commen :s from <br />the floor. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley read the items on the <br />proposed consent agenda. <br />Motion /Second: Wuori Hankner to approve the consent <br />agenda as presented, and waive the reading of the <br />resolutions. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Mayor Linke closed the regular meeting and opened <br />the public hearing at 7:05 PM. <br />Finance Director Brager explained the utility bills <br />being proposed are all six months or more delinquent, <br />and have received seven notices requesting payment, <br />but have not responded.
