The total amount involved is $2,023.45. <br />Mayor Linke closed the public hearing and reopened <br />the regular meeting at 7:06 PM. <br />Mounds View City Council September 26, 1988 <br />Regular Meeting Page Two <br />Motion /Second: Quick /Blanchard to approve Resolution <br />No. 2390, levying a tax for delinquent utility <br />charges over a one year period, and waive the <br />reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Park Director Saarion reviewed the bids received for <br />the proposed redevelopment of Hillview Park. She <br />also requested Council approve an additional $2,000 <br />for the grading of Hillview Park, and she reviewed <br />funding sources for the project. <br />Motion /Second: Quick /Hankner to award the bids for <br />the redevelopment of Hillview Park to Gopher Electric <br />Contractors, Inc. in the amount of $15,094.00 for <br />electrical and lighting, Neeck Construction, Inc. in <br />the amount of $4,450.00 for masonary work for the park <br />building, and to Bahl Movers, Inc. in the amount of <br />$1,350.00 for relocating the park building. An <br />additional $2,000.00 is also approved for the grading <br />of Hillview Park. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley read proposed Resolution <br />No. 2387. <br />Motion /Second: Hankner /Blanchard to approve Resolu- <br />tion No. 2387, adjusting police sargeants salaries <br />retroactive to January 1, 1988. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley explained the intent of <br />proposed Resolution No. 2383, which would provide <br />support to the North Suburban Cable Commission, in <br />community access management by a non profit corpora- <br />tion. <br />Motion /Second: Wuori Hankner to approve Resolution <br />No. 2383, supporting community access management by <br />a non profit corporation, and waive the reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />8.
