Mounds View City Council <br />Regular Meeting <br />Councilmember Blanchard had no report. <br />Councilmember Hankner asked the Council to stay <br />around after the meeting for a few minutes to <br />discuss organizational matters for the January <br />3 meeting. <br />Councilmember Wuori reported the newsletter had <br />been delivered just prior to Christmas and she <br />encc•.,raged everyone to read it. <br />Mayor Linke read proposed Resolution No. 2430, Mayor Linke <br />thanking Michael Yongers for his service in <br />cable broadcasting. <br />Motion /Second: Linke /Blanchard to adopt Resolution <br />No. "2430." <br />4 ayes <br />0 nays Motion Carried <br />Mayor Linke presented the resolution to Mr. Yongers. <br />n <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley had no report. <br />Councilmember Blanchard read proposed Resolution <br />No. 2432, thanking Mayor Linke for his service to <br />the City. <br />Motion /Second: Blanchard /Hankner to adopt Resolution <br />No. 2432, a resolution of commendation and apprecia- <br />tion to Mayor Linke. <br />3 ayes <br />0 nays 1 abstention <br />Mayor Linke abstained from the vote.
