(new) <br />Fence <br />Century Fence Company (renewal) <br />Mayor Linke asked if there were any items the Council members desired to have removed <br />from the Consent Agenda; there were none. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Blanchard to Adopt the Consent Agenda as Presented. <br />VOTE: S ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />RESIDENTS REQUESTS AND COMMENTS FROM THE FLOOR: <br />Mayor Linke explained that this portion of the meeting was designated for anyone who <br />wished to speak to the Council on items that were not on the Agenda. <br />Keith Vasilakes, 5131 Greenwood Drive, asked what has happened in regard to term <br />limits. <br />Mayor Linke explained that they were passed by the residents and has since been certified <br />through the State and ruled unconstitutional.
