Mounds View City Council Page 2 <br />Regular Meeting May 8, 1995 <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Samantha Orduno, City Administrator, read the Consent Agenda as <br />follows: <br />A. Set Public Hearing for 7:05 p.m., Monday, May 22, 1995 to <br />Consider Non-Intoxicating Malt Liquor License for "The <br />Bridges" <br />B. Set Public Hearing for 7:10 p.m., Monday, May 22, 1995 to <br />Consider the Assessment Policy and Formal Introduction of <br />Ordinance No. 560 <br />C. Consideration of Resolution No. 4762, Step Adjustment for Tim <br />Fredberg, Public Works Maintenance Worker <br />D. Consideration of Resolution No. 4763, Step Adjustment for <br />Public Works Director <br />E. Consideration of Resolution No. 4764, Step Adjustment for Mark <br />Andrescik, Public Works Maintenance Worker <br />F. Adopt Resolution No. 4761 Approving Just and Correct Claims <br />Against City Funds <br />G. Licenses for Approval <br />Signs - Expires 6 30/95 <br />Crosstown Sign - New <br />Excavating - Expires 630,/95 <br />D & V Trucking and Excavating - New <br />HVAC - Expires 6f 30 95 <br />Westair, Inc. - New <br />Mayor Linke asked if there were any items the Council desired <br />removed from the Consent Agenda. Councilmember Trude requested the <br />removal of Item B. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Hankner/Quick to Adopt the Consent Agenda without <br />Item B <br />VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Councilmember Trude felt that further clarification of Item B was <br />appropriate since the charges to be assessed would affect property <br />owners. The item would set the Public Hearing for May 22, 1995 to <br />• consider the assessment policy and formal introduction of Ordinance <br />No. 560.
