(Item B) <br />should be changed to 7:01 p.m. as the Budget Informational Meeting is scheduled for <br />7:05 p.m. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Trude to approve the Consent Agenda, with the <br />removal of Item A and the time change for Item B. <br />Vote: 4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Discussion on Item A: <br />Ms. Trude noted that at the last council meeting, this resolution was not passed <br />unanimously so she wished to have this item pulled from the Consent Agenda this <br />evening. She stated she is pleased that the resolution does allow for the possibility of <br />reducing the street width below 30 feet to 28 feet in certain circumstances, she still <br />finds it difficult to make residents meet the burden of proof that is thrust upon them <br />to be considered to go below the 30 foot street standards. She further stated she will <br />not be supporting this resolution because of this burden and if it stated only as it is <br />later in the resolution that a majority of the residents on a street can decide the width <br />of the street, she would be in support of it. <br />Ms. Hankner stated the paragraph of the resolution in which the criteria for <br />• determining whether or not a street will be 28 feet versus 30 feet does not put a <br />
