Mayor Flaherty requested staff review the items agreed to within the Contract. City Administrator Ericson reviewed the agreed upon terms between the City and LELS 204 after completing arbitration. It was determined the officers would have no wage increase for the year but would have an increase in the health insurance contribution. MOTION /SECOND: Flaherty/Mueller. To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 7687, Approving the 2010 Labor Agreement with LELS 204 (Patrol). Ayes 5 Nays 0 Motion carried.
