October 25, 2010, Executive Session Minutes. <br /> MOTION /SECOND: Mueller /Hull. Reports of Mayor and Council. <br /> Council Member Hull noted on the campaign trail this fall, there were many newspapers <br /> cluttered near mailboxes and requested the local newspaper companies be contacted to ensure <br /> that mailboxes had a blue paper slot. <br /> Mayor Flaherty suggested the residents, in the street project areas be informed to keep their <br /> newspaper slot which can then be attached onto their new mailbox post. <br />
