RESOLUTION 7759 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REVISIONS TO THE PERSONNEL MANUAL IN <br /> SECTION 3.01 (COMPENSATION POLICY) AND SECTION 3.45 <br /> (RETIREMENT HEALTH SAVINGS PLAN) AND THE ADDITION OF A NEW <br /> SECTION 3.47 (SEVERANCE) TO ADDRESS SEVERANCE BENEFITS <br /> NOT COVERED IN SECTION 3.45 <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council acknowledges the necessity of ensuring that the policies <br /> within the City's Personnel Manual are appropriate, consistent with applicable law and <br /> reflective of the City's own goals and priorities; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed Section Three of the Personnel Manual relating <br /> to Compensation and Benefits at its work session on March 7, 2011, and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes that minor revisions to this section of the <br /> Personnel Policy are warranted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council approves <br /> the identified revisions to Section Three of the Personnel Manual as noted in the attached <br /> Exhibit A. <br /> Adopted this 28th day of March, 2011. <br /> J Flahe y�r <br /> ATTEST: <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
