RESOLUTION NO. 7874 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> APPROVAL OF THE TIMESAVER RECORDING SECRETARY <br /> CONTRACT ADDENDUM FOR 2012 <br /> WHEREAS, TimeSaver has been taking minutes for City Council, EDA and <br /> Planning Commission meeting since 1999; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council and staff are pleased with the thoroughness and <br /> accuracy of the minutes taken by TimeSaver; and <br /> WHEREAS, the attached addendum to the Recording Secretary Service <br /> Agreement for 2011 includes no rate increase. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br /> agrees to and accepts the terms of TimeSaver 2012 service agreement addendum, as <br /> attached. <br /> Adopted this 12th day of December, 2011. <br /> e Fl ert <br /> ATTEST: <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
