Planning App(ication <br />2. Location Map <br />3. Building Front Elevation <br />4. Letter from the Applicant <br />5. Encroachment Map <br />6. Survey of Previous Home <br />WHEREAS, the applicant requests a 7 foot variance to the required 30 foot building <br />setback from a public road as required in Section 1104.01, Subd. 3, of the Mounds View <br />Municipal Code; and, <br />WHEREAS, the applicant presented a hazdship statement to the Plannuig Commission <br />stating that the lot dimensions were substandard for a corner lot and that the proposed home <br />cannot meet the setback requirements without a variance; and, <br />WHEREAS, there are no e:ctraordinary or exceptional circumstances that apply to this <br />properiy that would justify the �anting of this variance request; and, <br />
