Prior �o the issuance of any City pem�its, the applicant shatI accomplish the foiiowuag: <br />a. Obtain a�tice Creek �+latershed District permii. <br />b. Enter anto a development agreement �vvith the C�ty. <br />c. Coordinate with Ciiy staff to resolve the parking requirement incansis�ency either <br />by obtairung a variance or conditional use permit for the reduced parking ratios. <br />d. �rrange to c�mbine Lois 2 and 3, Block 1 of fihe North Star industrial Park 2nd <br />Acidition with Ramsey Coun�y and pravide proof of such application to the City. <br />e. Arrange to have recorded with Ramsey County the drainage �nd utility easement <br />documeni for the weiland area as indicated on the revised siie plan dated 4/S/9� <br />and provide proof of such recordation to the City. i <br />� <br />2.
