The fee owner o�th� land subject to the Drainage and Utility Easement, Bridges <br />Leasing Company, LLC, has requested ihe vacation of a portion of ih� I3rainage and LTtflity <br />Easement described as folIows: <br />'To vacate a perpetual easement for utiTity arid draanage purgoses <br />o�iginally dedicated over that paa°t of Lots 2 and 3, Biock 1, <br />N4RTH STAR INDLJSTRIAL PARK 2�D ADDITION, accordin� <br />to the recorded plat thereof siriaaied in Ramsey Cotuity, Minnesota <br />being a 10 foot strip of land lying S feet on each side of and <br />adjacent to the south line of said Lot 2 and lying west of the east <br />10 feet of said Lots 2 and 3 and lying ea�terly of the westerly IO <br />feet of said Lots 2 and 3. <br />Subd. 3.
