The first proposed draft <br />ordinance (involving Sec. 1114.02) makes it a permitted use for a community center, etc. in the <br />B -3 district, while the second proposed draft ordinance (involving Sec. 1114.04) makes it a <br />conditional use for community center, etc. in the B -3 district. Obviously, only one of the draft <br />ordinances will be adopted. Please note that both proposed revisions are based upon language <br />contained in Sec. 1106.04, Subd. 1 of the Municipal Code. <br />After you have had a chance to review this matter, please let me know what changes, if any are <br />necessary to implement the required changes to the B -3 district to allow the community center. <br />Thank you for your assistance with this matter. <br />Sincerel <br />Scott J.
