The required number, including <br />the new addition, would be 482, thus parking requirements will be met. One problem that <br />was discussed was the parking stalls, as shown on the proposal drawings, were <br />dimensioned at 9'x18' instead of the required 9'x20'. The shorter 9'x18' parking stalls have <br />been allowed only for perimeter parking where an overhang of the car into greenspace <br />may occur. These allowances, however, have been allowed as part of a PUD. <br />
