This property is in ihe B-3 district which allows minor auto repair with approval of a conditional use permii. The properry is more-or-less triangular in shape, coniains .63 acres and is bordered on the south side by Highway 10 axld the east side by Spring Lake Road. Th�; properties to the north and west are zoned R-2 and are developed with duplexes. There is a fence along part af the easi and north properky lir�e which is in poor repair. There are three light standards in the parlcii�g tot, and a pylon sign. Mr. Ostrander has described the types of services proposed to be offered as inciuding the foilowing: oil changes, tune�ups, muf#Ier and brake repair, replacemeni of parts, engine repair, and general servicing of vehicles.
