Zoning Map <br />b. Planning Application <br />c. Diagram illustrating proposed layout <br />d. Letter af Request <br />e. Certificate of Insurance <br />f. Lease Agreement with Paster Enterprises <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission makes the following findings that the criteria for <br />approval in Section 11 I5.04. Subd. 2 has been met: <br />a. Outdoor service, sales and equipment rental connected with the principal use is luxaited to <br />thirty percent (36%) of the goss fioor area of the principal use. <br />The shopping center contains 102,035 square feet of building area. Tl�e appIicant <br />proposes to occupy 1600 square feet in ihe parfcing lot, which 'is 1.6% in comparison to <br />the building square faotage on the site. This criteria is met. � <br />b. Outside saiss ar�as are fenced or screened fram view of neighboring residential uses or an <br />abutting residential district in compliance rvith sut�divisions 1103.Q8(I} through (5) of this <br />Titie. <br />
