Planning Commission Resolution 487-96 <br />November 20, 1995 <br />Page 3 <br />NORi, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that it�e Mounds View Planning Commission <br />recommends that ihe Mounds View Ciiy Council approve the conditional use pernut for <br />Christmas tre� sales at Mounds View Square Shopping Center with the foliowing conditions: <br />1. The facility shall be allowed to op�rate from November 29, 1996 to December 25, <br />1996, with an allowance for site cleanup from December 25 to December 29. The <br />appiicant shall remove alt evidence of the Christmas tree lot, and return the parking <br />lofi to its current condition, by December 29. <br />2. The hours of aperation shall be 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. <br />3. The Christmas tree lot shail be located in the Brid�eman's Restaurant parking lot <br />as shown on the diagram su�mitted with the application. <br />4. Or�e 4 x 8 foot sign shaii be allowecl, to be placed as shown on the diagram <br />subrrutted with the application, The sign may have ground-mounted, indirect <br />lighting, <br />String lighting atong the perimeter of the Christznas tree lat shall be permitted, as <br />long as the supports_ are nQ .ta.11e�_than..10 feet, and the bulbs do not exceed 100 <br />watt�.
