Mounds View Square includes bath ty��� �� <br />uses. Staffhas calculated how the use of joini paeking would affect the parkin� spaces <br />required, using the parking ratios which woutd be approved under the variance requesied <br />by the applicant. These calculations are shown in the chart below. <br />The chart shows that an 8% reduction in parking for daytime and for nighttime us�s wauld <br />result in the requirement being 454 spaces as is proposed by th� applicant. <br />
