Fifty one spaces would <br />have to be converted from standard to compact size ta gain three compact spaces. There <br />is a limit of 10% on ihe number af spaces which can be compact size. The 54 compact <br />spaces would exceed this limit. Therefore, even if the difference wer� only three spaces, <br />restriping to compact size would not gain the three spaces needed. Staff has <br />prepared a resolution recommending approval of the variance in garkin� ratios, and has <br />included findings of fact wI-�ich the Planning Commission may want to consider.
