<br />W�-�REAS, Mounds View Square Assoc. LLP has �pplied for a conditionat use permit to
<br />aiiow joini use of parking faciliiies at Miounds �liew Square Shopping Center at 2535�2585
<br />Highway 10, which property is described as follaws:

<br />o�'1V 1i� (S�bjec� to Roa� and High�v�y�) in ,Section 7, 7'�a�nslaip 30, dznng� 23
<br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Square Shopping Center is iocated in the B43 zor�ing
<br />district; and,
<br />WI�EREAS, the site plan %r the Mounds View Squar� Shopping Center was approved in
<br />I9�9 which the provision of 503 parking spaces; and;
<br />WHEREAS, the property owner obtained approval of a variance in parking requirements
<br />to allow the use of 26 parking spaces for constniction of'trash dumpster enctosures, which
<br />resulted in the reduction o;f parking on the site from 5a3 to 477 spaces; and,
<br />WI-IEREA�, the City has determined by previous decisions that the 477 parking spaces
<br />are suf�'icient to provide parking for the square footages and uses appraved for the Mounds View
<br />Square Shopping Center; and,
<br />WHEREAS, th� property owner is proposing to make the following changes in square
<br />footages and uses on the site at same time in the future:
