<br />2375 Highway 10 �o iriclude the property at 2395 Highway 10, to expand buildin� square %otag�

<br />WHEREAS, the praperty is in the B-3 High�vay Business District, which requires
<br />approv�.l of a conditional use permit for motor vehicle and recreation equipraxent sales ar�d gara�es

<br />i��REAS, the purpose of conditional use permits is "to provide the City with a
