The applicant is <br />maintaining the same axchitecturaI character in ihe buildin� expansion as is in ihe original, <br />and will be landscapin� the added site area so the effect wiIi be on� seamless development. <br />Ati areas which are not in building or Iandscaping will be paved and the pasking area will <br />be bordered by a concrete curb. The site does not border property in a residentiat dis#rict <br />and therefore screening and buff�rzng is not required. A la�dscaped area at least 10 feet in <br />width is shown along a1i of ihe property lines. The landscape plan shows a row of Black <br />Hilis Spruce along the na�th property line of the added site area which matches the <br />existing site. The frontage along Highway 10 will be sodded as is the existing site. <br />Lighting and �i��age (Section 1114.04, Subd. 2.h., 3.g., 8.h., 2,d., 3.j. 2.j., 3.m,, �.k.} <br />The applicant is proposing io install a.dditional light standards on the expanded site area <br />which are the same style as the existing light standards, and they will be located in a <br />similar pafiiern. The originai plans submitted for this development included a detail o�the <br />Iight fixtures which are shielded in compliance with the ocdinance. The light standard� will <br />be in landscaped areas and not in the parking Iot. <br />� With compliance with conditions, the proposat will meet the requireYnent for 22 spaces for <br />cusiomers. <br />2 The Zoning Code dces not h�ve any specific requirement for paricing spaces for inventory oe <br />display. - <br />•, <br />, <br />
