The monuYnent signs shown at the westernmost entrance <br />on Highway 10 and the easternmost entrance on County Road H2 exceed <br />the standard sign allo�vances for sign area in the Mounds View Municipal <br />Cade and are not approved as part of this plan. These signs may be <br />allovved if approval of a variance is obtained from the City of Mounds <br />View." <br />.c. Revision to the disfiribution of parking spaces so there are 22 spaces for <br />service customers and at leasfi 27 spaces for employees. Vehicle repair, servicing and maintenance are pernvtted on this siie, excl�ading <br />body wark, welding and painting. All ear repairs shati be conducted within the <br />indoor service bays and nat outsid� the service building. <br />7. A vehicle wash bay is permitied on ihis site. The use of this bay shali be for <br />customers of Yhe dealership only and not the general public. ihe stacking of <br />vehicl�s �vaiting for washing shalt be confined to this site and shall not infer with <br />vehi�le circulation on the szte. <br />S. Any cars faken on trade and not intended for resaie shall not remain on the site �c�� <br />a period of �ime exceeding 72 hours. <br />
