Commissioner Obert <br />commented that C�mmissioner Miller made a v�ry good pres�nt�iion but fhat the <br />Council was u�responsive and he expressed his cor�cern with the <br />cc�mmunication probl�m. Director Sheldon s�ggest�d fhaf this item be <br />discussed a� the reireat that will be scheduled between Sfaff and #he G�ty <br />�ouncil. <br />Corr�missioner Johnston brought up � concern regarding #he condition�l use <br />permif �hat was approved for Colonial Vilfage Niobife Home Park approximately <br />one year ago which ailowed them fio selE homes. He indicated thaf this permi� <br />should k�e comir�g up for review soon. He informed #lie Commission that he has <br />received compiaints regarding ih� p�rmit and added that there were people in <br />fhe park tha� were unhappy about it. <br />s <br />9. Aitendance at Agenda iVleeting: Chair Peterson noted fhe members present at <br />the Ocfober 23, 1996 specfal meeting: Commissioners Mifler, pbert, Brooks, � <br />Stevenson, and Chair Peierson.
