No overnigl�t facilities are provided for the children s�rved_ Children are delivered <br />and removed daily. <br />b. The �ront yard depth shali be a minimum of thirty five feet (35'). <br />c. Not Iess than forty (40) square feet of outside play space per clZiid b� provided and <br />thai such space be suiiably fenced and/or screened in accordarace wiih condiiions <br />as specified hy the City Council. <br />d. Adequate o� street parking and access is provided 'uz compliance with Chapter <br />1121 of tlus Title. <br />e. <br />f. <br />g� <br />h. <br />Adequate off-street loading and service entrances are provided in compliance with <br />Chapter I 122 of this Title. <br />The site and related parking and service entrances shatl be sezved by an arterial or <br />collector street of sufficient capacity to accoma�odate ihe tr�ffic which will b� <br />generated. � <br />Atl sigxung and informational or visual communication d�vices shall be in <br />complianc� with the Mounds View Sign Code. <br />The distance between any ou#door piay yard for a day care center or graup nursery <br />and the Highway 10 right-of-way li.rie shall be a, rninimum of Z00 feet, excep� as <br />provided in Seciion 1123.02 Subd.l.c. <br />
