The <br />permit application must incdude hydraulic corrzputations and drainage area maps, showing <br />existing and proposed conditions and addressing 100-year storms. Existing drainage <br />pa�tems and rates o� runoff affecting Mn/DOT right of way must be perpetuated. The <br />siie's storm water discharge rate must not increase. Any questions regarding 1VL�OT <br />drainage concerns may be directed to Gene Bovy o� our �Iater Resources Sectian at i79- <br />SOS3. <br />Any use of or work within Mn/DOT right of way will require an approved Mn/I)OT <br />permii. The pec-mit required depends upon the nature of the proposed work.
