Ii is good to see that kl�e stormwater from the one-story oifice building wili be <br />treated in a sedunentation pond. As noEed in Corrunent 2 0€' the above letter, the trea�cnent of �the sformwater will <br />protect Silver Lake, wiidlife, and property v�lues from the adverse imp�cts of pollution. <br />The new plans �lso show the erosion conerol plans for the peoject which were recommended in Comment 6 of th� <br />�bove lett�r. Proper erosion controls will protect the sam� values as ihe sedianentation pond. Erosion controls are <br />very important The City should inspect �he erosion control m$asures on a regular basis and after (arge rainstorms. <br />All the other comments of the July 31, 1997 letter are valid and shoWd be addressed by the dev�loper and the City <br />of Mounds Wiew.
