While Unn�rried Wettaad 62-258W is shown on <br />the Pubiic Waatcer Inventory Map, it has been shown that the w�tiand does nat meet the requirements for <br />being � DNR Prote�cied Water. Unnamed Wettand 62-258W is not under DNR jttrisdiction and is not <br />protected by the DNR Tbe wetland may be regulated uaider the Wetl�d Conservation Act or by the <br />U.S. Army Corps af En,�ineers. 'I'he IJNR may svbmit couunent for Silver Lalce Estates i� relation to <br />rhese other programs. <br />2. It is goad to note that mast of the stormwater appears to be treated in stozm�vater ponds. However, it <br />is �cfear if the stormwnter fram t}�e one-story office building will be treated_ W� strongly recornmend <br />the �eahnent of stormwater in sedim�ta�ion ponds. Untreated stormwaEer wi1I cause pollution that will <br />negatively impact the recreatiaual, �esthetic, wildIif'e and property values do�vnstream of Silver Lake <br />Estates. <br />it is good to see the iarge number of fxees thai wiIl be planted for Silver Lake Estates. The trees will <br />appear to be out-af-place �idst Che very large amount of pavemeat proposed for Silver La1cc Estates. <br />The site flows intQ Silver Lake. Shadies indicate tiiat the qaality of Ialtes decline as [he amount of <br />impervious surface witt�n their watersbed increases. We recommend that tiie im,pervious surfac� of <br />Silver Lalce Estates be reduced as far as pr�ctical to protect Silver Lake. <br />4.
