Prior to obtaining any beailding permits or grading pernzits, the applicani shali per-form ihe following: � a. Instalt snow fences or another type of demarcation device around those areas where trees are to be retained. The area shatl be of suf�icient width sa as to protect the trees' root systems. The use of heavy equipmeni shall be prohibited in these areas, and the praperty owner/deveioper sl�all be responsible for monitoring cons�naction activities to make certain these restrictions are enforced. b. Obtain permit approval from MnDOT for the relocation af the entrance to the project area, the constnaction of a right turn Iane into the project, an acceIeration lane for righi t�ams exiting the project and for any regrading within the MnDOT right of way. c.
