Prior to obtaining any beailding permits or grading pernzits, the applicani shali <br />per-form ihe following: � <br />a. Instalt snow fences or another type of demarcation device around those <br />areas where trees are to be retained. The area shatl be of suf�icient width <br />sa as to protect the trees' root systems. The use of heavy equipmeni shall <br />be prohibited in these areas, and the praperty owner/deveioper sl�all be <br />responsible for monitoring cons�naction activities to make certain these <br />restrictions are enforced. <br />b. Obtain permit approval from MnDOT for the relocation af the entrance to <br />the project area, the constnaction of a right turn Iane into the project, an <br />acceIeration lane for righi t�ams exiting the project and for any regrading <br />within the MnDOT right of way. <br />c. A development contract shall be draf�ed and reviewed by the applic�r��. ii <br />shall include surety for construction of the Highway I O right of way <br />improvements.
