Record the drainage and utility easements, the shared access driveway <br />easement and the pedestrian easement with Ramsey Co�nty and provide <br />proof of such recordation. <br />b. Provide io the Cify payment of a park dedication fee equivaIer�t to ten <br />percent of the fair market value of the vacant iots or by anoth�r assessment <br />means acceptabie to ih� City, as required by Code in Seciion 1204.02, <br />Subdi`rision 4. <br />3.
