<br />ihTi�EItEAS, the applic�i has submztted a C�rtificate of Survey far the above described

<br />WHEREAS, the applicant has executed a drainage and utilit}r easement document
<br />corresgandirig to those areas marked as such on the �ertificate of Survey; and,
