<br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Economic Development Authority for the City of
<br />Mounds View has proposed to adopt Modification No. 1 to the Project Plan for the Mounds
<br />View Economic Development Project and Establish Tax rncrement Financing District No. 4
<br />(Redevelopment) aud have submitted the Project and Project Plan to the City of Mounds View
<br />Plannuig Commissio�i puz•suant to Minnesota Statues, Section 469.175, Subdivision 3, and
<br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the Project and Project Plan
<br />''� to determine their consisiency with the general plans for the development and �edevelopment of
<br />the City as described in the compreiiensive plan for the City. �
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Pianning Commission that the
<br />Project and Project Plan are consistent with the general plans for the deveiopme��� and
<br />redevelopme�t of the City of Mounds View.
