Chair Stevenson confirmed that the traffic count at Red Oak Drive and Hillview appeared on the map to �be L900. Commissioner Hegland asked how the traffic numbers were determined. Dizector Ericson indicated a cable was strung across the road to count vehicles. Commissioner Hegland questioned whether every axle was recorded or if the 1900 was an actual vehicle count.
