Two wetland delineations were performed by <br />state certified delineators. He noted that with those reports in mind, he submitted the proposal <br />for 11 lots. <br />Mr. Harstad he had considered putting lots along Silver Lake Road, but the city discouraged that <br />Gom a safety standpoint.
