Comznunity Development <br />Director Ericson answered in the affirmative. <br />Chair Stevenson stated that variance was to have been addressed at tfie meeting tonight. <br />Community Development Director Ericson explained that Mr. Zinser wanted ta' provide the <br />Planning Commission with additional information, as distributet�:tonight. "Hovt�ever; staff did not <br />receive that new information in time for inclusion in the meeting packefs: He advised the <br />variance request remains tabled until the Planning Commission takes it off the table which will <br />occur at the next meeting. .; <br />!: _ : . <br />�; <br />Commissioner Miller asked how many lots were being considered on County Road I. <br />Commtinity Development Directar Ericson stated four lots were being cansidered and now it is a <br />five lot plan with Lot 5 being rezoned to R-2.
