MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 681-01 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY �F RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTIDN ESTABLISHING PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING DATES <br />AND APPLICANT SUBMISSI�N SCHEDULE DATES FOR YEAR 2002 <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission will be holding two <br />business meetings per month during the year 2002; and, <br />WHEREAS, developers, citizens or other interested parties should be advised of <br />deadlines for materials used by staff to prepare reports used by the Planning <br />Commissioners to decide on a particular developmeni issue; and, <br />WHEREAS, a display of ineeting dates and submission deadline dates should be <br />established to provide an orderly system for use by the Planning Commission, staff and <br />general public. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Comrnission of <br />the City of Mounds View establishes meeting and submission timetable dates setting <br />deadlines for submission of materiais for agenda sessions of the Planning Commission. <br />BE IT FURTHER RES�LVED that Exhibit A, attached hereto, becomes an <br />integral part of this resolution. <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that if the Planning Commission is required to or <br />desires to hold special or emergency meetings, they will do so in accordance with State <br />law, Code requirements and its Bylaws. <br />Adopted this 19t� day of December, 2001. <br />Gary Stevenson, Chairperson <br />ATTEST <br />James Ericson, Community Development Director <br />(SEAL) <br />O:\DATA\GROUPS\COMDEV�PLANCOMM�Res. 681-01 - 20�2 Meeting bates.doc <br />
