Zoning Plani: The Comrnission, upon its own motion, may, and upon instruction by <br />the Council shall, prepare a revised Zoning Plan for the Municipality. Before <br />recommending such Plan to the Council, the Cominission shall hoid at least one gublic <br />hea�ng thereon after a published notice oi such hearing appears in the legal newspaper <br />at least ten (10) days prior to the hearing.
