Outdoor service, sales and equipment rental corinected with the principal use is <br />limiied to thirty percent (30%) of the gross floor area of the principai use. <br />The shopping center cantains 1Q2,035 square feet of building area. The applicant <br />}�roposes to occupy 2,200 square feet in the parking lot, which is 2.2% of the building <br />square footage on the site, This criterian has been met. <br />b. Outside sales areas are fenced or screened from view oineighboring residential <br />uses or an abutting residential district in compliance with 5ubdivisions 1 i 03.08(1) <br />through {5) of this Title. <br />Tke parkie�g lot frantin� Highway 10 does not abut any residential properties.
