Pla��ning Application <br />2. Zoning Map <br />3. Site Plan (Certificate of Survey) date-stamped 5/28/99 <br />4. Elevations, date-stamped 5/24/99 <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission finds that the site plan dateWstamped <br />May 28, i 999 confoF-ms to the general zoning requirements of Chapter 1104 with regard to � <br />setbacks, parking requirements, building heighl:, minimum floor space, open space, and floor area; <br />and, . <br />VVHEREA�, ihe Mounds View Planning Commission is aware that City siaffhas reviewed <br />proposed drainage plans and has deternuned that a suitable method for addressing drainage <br />considerations can be accomplished, yet that plan has not yet been finalized; and, <br />�REAS, the Niounds �Iiew Plannin� Commission finds that the building elevations <br />and arehitectural design of the structure couid be improved and has offered a list of requested <br />changes. <br />I�OW, T�EItEFO�, �E �'I' �5��,�I�9 that the M[aunds View Pla�uung <br />Commission recommends approval of a development review for a four unit multiple family <br />residential structure to be located at 7623 - 7629 Woodlawn Drive, subject to the followin� <br />siipulations: <br />
